Italian-speakers needed!

My parents are going to Italy on Wednesday, and they've joined the Touring Club of Italy, who do a discount scheme. Unfortunately, the bloody place hasn't sent them the discount card, has stopped replying to e-mails, and with our extremely limited Italian we've been unable to find a phone number for the place (so that my parents can at least get their card number). Is anyone here able to navigate their site, or anywhere else come to that, and come up with a phone number for the place? They're in Milan, at least the head office is.
