I'm having a bad patch with the ME for no obvious reason, though we suspect the new meds. I'm not sleeping well, which means that my muscles are all hurting, and the calcium which we think is building up in my left shoulder joint has been making it twinge ominously. So as I don't want to let that turn into acute calcific tendinitis (the horrible thing I had in my right shoulder three years ago), and it's already obvious that I have to stop using my hands as even a small bit of typing or using a mouse makes them hurt, I am spending a week curled up watching silly TV shows. I should probably stop logging onto LJ at all, because I want to reply to posts when I see them. If you see me loitering online, chivvy me off and tell me to go and do my shoulder exercises. I really hope this settles down soon, because I'm getting bored out of my skull and want to get back to quilting. Apologies if I miss anything important going on in anyone's journal, I'll try to catch up on it all once I can. I'm fairly chirpy apart from getting frustrated, don't worry.
