Basically, we don't. We don't use titles at all. In the military, yes. If you're addressing her majesty, yes [though I wouldn't be surprised if people occasionally just call her Margrethe]. Elsewhere? Hell, no. I'd never addressed anyone formally - using their title and last name - until I came here. You use a person's first name and last name, and you don't need to worry about calling "fru" [Mrs] or "frøken" [Miss]. [Should I ever marry, I'd probably get unreasonably violent with the first person attempting to call me Mrs.]
